My stay was quiet and relaxing. Sitting on the back porch eating breakfast with my daughter was priceless. It reminded me so much of my grandmothers back porch. I will return and I want the same cabin❤️

We were very unhappy with our visit. We came to enjoy a weekend of peace and quiet but were kept awake by loud noise from a party from 6 am until 1 in the morning for our entire stay.

Great place for families, we had a great time. Be prepared for a sales pitch for their time shares. Property needs updating - rooms are pretty old and worn. Water pressure is awful. The water park is so crowded on the weekends, you can't even get into the lazy river.

Skyle at the check-in was awesome, but the other guy i can't remember his names was terrible as a customer service. Skyle knows because she was telling him i gonna take care her ( me ) and still he wasn't very nice.

They need to upgrade the rooms ,and every time we reserved we had to fight really hard to get something on ground level for my 82 years old mom , they always said got nothing available even if we get there before 3:00 pm and later you can see a lot of empty’s rooms the cleaning people are really good. Not so much the reception persons

Great stay for my family of 4. We enjoyed the water park. Multiple activities for kids of all ages. No over crowing multiple pools on sight. Will come back again.

The amenities where awesome, the only reasoning behind the low star review is because the carpet was soaked by the kitchen when we arrived. So everytime we wanted to cook or get something to drink we had to step in a cold puddle. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable get away.

communication was horrible it was my first time coming and I was not told or aware that a deposit needed to be made when I got there. When I was told it was I had to drive over an hour back home to get more money to make the deposit only to be told they only take credit cards. On top of that it was my 2yr old son birthday and we were tired with all the driving. Had to stop at a hotel because of the long day we had with this situation. And they wouldn’t even let us book at another hotel with the same company due to the kind of booking I had, ridiculous!

That a couple with very active dog was above us. I highly recommend patrons with dogs be on the lower floors. Also, the facility lost cable and WiFi for extended periods.

After checking in, I left the property to do other activities upon returning I realized that lights I had turned off were on, my shoes had been moved and a vacuum was where it was not previously. Being just my daughter and I in the room it weirded me out and I called reception and never received a response and the neighbors were very loud above us. Shower did not work in second bedroom

Amenities are good, the furniture in the lodges is outdated it, the gym equipment is old, and very small, no towels in the gym or in the swimming pools, people in the rooms are very noisy and loud, they run around and they stomp their feet, I like the place but it needs an overdue.
