"We had a wonderful time at the beach house! There was a small issue the first night but after messaging the host they had someone out quickly the next day to fix it. We will definitely stay there again in the future."

"This place was sufficient enough. It was clean and had most things you might need. We had a few issues but nothing that would prompt us to complain. We were unable to figure out how to get the jets working on the jacuzzi. Some of the light bulbs in the house were burned out. And the pans were not non-stick. One of the beds was really worn and sagging. The place definitely needs an upgrade. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced, basic place to stay, this will do the trick."

"The condo was in the perfect location..2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks to downtown Venice. The condo was in a quiet location and we were able to walk everywhere. "We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! "I have stayed at this location at least a dozen times over the past few years. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean but the building itself is in need of repair. Some of the upper floors appear treacherous-some had construction supports while I was last there. Rugs are covering upper walkways that are in need of stain etc. Several restaurants have closed on the property so options there are dwindling. Still plenty of boutiques left if you like to shop.
