"The location of this house is spectacular! Beautiful view of the Intercostal ! I was so excited to share this house with friends and family. There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. Drawers in the kitchen were dirty with someone else’s crumbs. I have a dog and I know how important it is to pick up after her but upon my arrival, I was checking things out and noticed...

Really enjoyed the hot tub at night after long days of driving around and the activities. Husband even saw a gopher tortoise in the backyard! House was clean, beds were comfy. "This is a beautiful and spacious house. Less than a half mile to the beach, so we walked each time. This gave us the opportunity to see a lot of wildlife along the intercostal. The house had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again."

Instruction folder in unit with information on wi/fi access and how to use tv settings maybe helpful! Shade on side door glass would enhance privacy! "I have stayed at this location at least a dozen times over the past few years. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean but the building itself is in need of repair. Some of the upper floors appear treacherous-some had construction supports while I was last there. Rugs are covering upper walkways that are in need of stain etc. Several restaurants have closed on the property so options there are dwindling. Still plenty of boutiques left if you like to shop. The rooms are great, I love that...
