Aqua Skyline at Island Colony

Hotel was clean and a short walk to the beach. Huge balcony which was great. Bathroom was extremely small and cramped. Chose the hotel because of the kitchenette to cut down on food costs...however it was so small that don't expect to cook much more than toast as there isn't any room to prepare food. Hotel lacks certain facilities that makes a holiday more enjoyable e.g. poolside drinks and food. However for the price you really can't complain if your on a budget.

I found the hotel conveniently priced and location was close to everything in walking distance, would consider staying there again...looks like they are improving the premises!

The room was not super spacious but comfortable for 2 adults and 1- 15 year old. There is a microwave, cook top and a mini fridge. The lanai (patio) was wonderful with a beautiful view of the pool, canal, and mountains. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The worst part was the parking, tight spaces, hard to maneuver within, and fairly expensive ($25.00/night) with the guest's discount.

My only issue is the bathtub was not cleaned during our 1 week stay. We even left a note for the maid and it was not adressed. Besides that's it was good, fresh towels, comfy beds, good location -3 blocks from the beach, easy to move around if you have a rental car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Great location, too.

Our hotel experience was excellent. "PT" the front desk host was very accomodating and very helpful. He is friendly and polite. Our hotel room had a gorgeous view of both Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. Our room is newly renovated and it was comfortable. The small kitchennete we had in our room really works well with us who have 2 small children. The convenient store at the 6th floor was also good to have available. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and how close it was to Waikiki beach and all other amenities. We will definitely book another stay here when we go back and will recommend to our friends and family. Our stay at this hotel made our first visit to Hawaii (Oahu) enjoyable. Mahalo

Had a renovated studio suite with partial ocean view to the south, great view of the city to the west, and mountains to the north. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Really nice room. Bathroom was a fraction small if you have more than one person. Good location to the main parts of waikiki. Surrounding apartments were a bit noisy at night but I believe if you're up high its not as bad. We were on floor 9.

GREAT hotel for the price. Excellent location. If you're going to be "on the go" then this is perfect.

great service.The hotel room though could have been cheaper .I stayed at another Aqua before(also renovated -without kitchen though) & it was half price.I quess its because it has a kitchnette.......?
