I can't open the curtains early in the morning because the window cleaner is outside. Poor quality toilet paper. Amenities are scarce. The cup is dirty.

I didn't even check in: upon arrival there was an immense line of at least 150 people for check in with only two employers at the desk. After 45 minutes (and 12 hours of flight) of being in line with little progress, I asked to be refunded and went elsewhere.

WOW! Ala Moana Mantra is THE place to stay. It's beautiful, clean, safe, and the staff are bursting with aloha. The 2nd floor ramp provides easy safe access to the mall. We enjoyed the view of Waikiki and Magic Island from our lanai. The Signature restaurant was phenomenal. The only suggestion I have is if they could provide lanyards for the key card that I kept forgetting on the dresser haha. Thank you and see you next time.
