We were apprehensive about accessing with an app but Urs and Team answered our queries promptly and we had no problem getting in. Very close to the S and U Bahn made getting in to central Berlin easy. One minor query during our stay was also reponded to quickly."

Very well equiped and plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The beds were really confortable and the whole experience felt luxurious and special.
