Very nice well placed hotel

Posted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: Position and very pleasant accommodation. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast could include porridge. Expensive for what it was.
Location: Easy access to the city centre with Palace of Versailles on the doorstep. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
A very comfortable hotel, very well placed for RER transport system and just 2 minutes walk from the Palace of Versailles. In a leafy suburb just minutes walk from an excellent choice of restaurants. 20 minutes approx into the centre of Paris. A very pleasant stay in this beautiful city.

Perfect location for the palace

Posted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: Location and warmth. It was cold outside when we were there. The comfy bed and dressing gown and slippers
Cons: Carpet was crinkled and the toilet decoration needed a bit of TLC
Location: Perfect location for everything in Versailles
Hotel clean and warm, near to RER station and 5 minute walk to market area, palace and restaurants in all directions. Room has tea making facilities, although no English/Black tea, only Earl Grey and plenty of coffee. Has full range of shampoo, shower gel, body lotion etc, free bottle of water, fizzy or still, each day. The bed was really comfortable. Some of the decoration needs a bit of a touch up but nothing to complain about. Everything worked. We didn't eat in the hotel as it was quite expensive but plenty of local cafe and restaurants and there is a good breakfast deal in the McDonalds just round the corner!

Will stay again!

Posted Feb 12, 2014
Pros: Good clean rooms, friendly staff.
Cons: The breakfast experience. Poor service and very expensive.
Location: Close to RER station and Chateau / Park de Versailles. Also very close to pedestrianised Rue de Sartory with numerous restaurants.
Great location, close to station and Chateau. Check in staff at reception were very obliging, especially Laetitia who was excellent and extremely helpful. Rooms were very clean with a good range of toiletries. Shower over the bath-tub a bit narrow but adequate. Breakfast very expensive for what it was. This is France and there are many excellent alternatives in the neighbourhood. Overall, excellent stay, will definitely return.

great and central

Posted Jan 30, 2014
Pros: Central, easy to find and get to, friendly staff
Cons: Instead of a double bed we had two singles pushed together... not comfortable, and would have paid more for a normal bed if necessary but didn't know.
Location: Versailles Chateau, Paris
Fantastic hotel, good staff, decent sized rooms and close to train stations and local attractions.

Outstanding Breakfasts

Posted Jan 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Breakfasts were outstanding. Hotel rooms all need to be refurbed. Good service. Dinner very disappointing (although to be fair, only ate there one evening). Could do with a Swimming Pool. Excellent location for Versailles Palace.
