特に部屋は価格以上に良かったです。 近くにスーパーマーケット、裏手には地元客が入るビストロもあり泊まる立地としてはありです。

Very close to Versailles chateau but a little far from other Paris attractions but metro station around the corner. Nice hotel but they should have more clean the carpet on rooms also more light rooms to dark

Pros: Dinner was very good.
Cons: room & floors need painting & updating...
Location: right by the Chateau if you are visiting, but will be overpriced during the season.
Just a quick in & out for work. Hotel OK, but needs paint & an upgrade to the rooms. Gym needs more equipment., parking access easy enough.

Pros: The Staff.
Cons: It needs a complete upgrade, the list would be to long to write it here.
Location: One could not beat the location being near The Palace and the Station with both tourist shopping on your doorstep as is the local markets etc.
Four nights booked. Good safe parking at Hotel:Friendly check-in: Room tired, bathroom a disgrace, very old and small, bath worn out and looks stained with its glazed shower panel coming away from the wall, tiles at side of bath lose and they look like they are thirty years old - grubby grouting. The hallways smelt just like airline toilets. As a family of three (spare bed supplied) One large Double Bed and the spare bed looked as old as the tiles in the bathroom. The Beds were however reasonably comfortable and clean. The whole room was tired and over priced, there are better three star hotels. Requested a different room or upgrade but they are all as bad as each other, bar one that has been re-furbished I understand (the room was occupied), so we stayed put. Money has been spent on the foyer and entrance together with the restaurant, in fact the restaurant was being painted on the third day of our stay. The breakfast was very good by French standards, the staff were also very obliging but when the restaurant closed they were disjointed having to serve in the bar/reception area, so it went haywire. The one thing in its favour is the location, by the Palace and Station if you want to go to Paris. The Groups Ibis Hotel forms part of the building, it looks modern from the outside but it is not like that inside the Pullman Hotel. The one saving grace is the staff, without exception the best you could come across, and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable.

Salle de bain à revoir...

Pros: La grandeur des chambres, la tranquillité, la proximité du château, l'accueil, les renseignements du personnel toujours souriant.
Cons: Les baignoires.
Location: Le château de Versailles est vraiment à proximité, le centre historique et le centre ville également. C'est l'idéal.
En effet, la baignoire est plutôt petite et dangereuse d'accès. En sortant de celle-ci, on a tendance à glisser car il manque de l'espace pour se mouvoir malgré la barre d'aide fixée au mur.

Very close to the palace

Pros: Bed was very comfortable and the concierge was very helpful and informative
Cons: Bathroom
Location: The palace near by and plenty of local eateries within 200 meter walk
Hotel bathroom could do with a refurbishment considering the cost per night

Very tired hotel, needs total refurbishment. No running water for a good part of my stay. Bed was very comfortable. Bar staff very rude, surly, unhelpful. Despite warning the hotel we had a big party for an international event at the Chateau so it would make sense to keep the bar open until 01:00, they closed it at 12:30 despite guests arriving looking for a nightcap. If it wasn't a business trip, if I wasn't exhausted from work, I would have argued for a full refund.

Live like a King in Versailles

Pros: I liked the attention to detail in service and décor. The overall ambiance was tranquil.
Cons: Value for money could be better.
Location: The Chateau and Gardens of Versailles are a must visit. The tranquil Gardens can be visited for free if the crush of the Chateau is not for you.
There was a warm welcome at the reception desk. My room was spacious and comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxed. I enjoyed the fine dining experience in the restaurant. The waiting staff were attentive. The platters looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The bed was very comfortable giving a good night sleep. Check out was easy.
