GCU graduation trip

Perfect Home away from home

Relaxing!
This condo is freshly updated and filled with everything you would need, Sherri thought of everything you could ask for and from the bed clothes to the the towels, everything is quality!!! The parking is covered as well as the pool and lake have keys to enter for safety purposes. Screened in Lanai was perfect in the morning for coffee and the pool was clean, and refreshing! The area stores and restaurants are a bit “shady” but only 10 miles away is Scottsdale and other very clean accommodating places to eat and shop for sure! I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a clean, quality safe place in the center of all the attractions Arizona offers!

Beautiful condo
This condo is even more beautiful than described. The pictures don't do it full justice. Area was very quiet and people were nice. For being so many homeless people on the corners this condo and property felt very safe. The owner is a very quick with responding to all questions.

The place was very quiet. The deck was lovely to sit and have morning coffee. The lake had a really nice walking path that is only accessible to residents which was very nice. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Fantastic Stay for Spring Training
We booked this location for our spring training getaway. It was close to freeways (without being too close) with lots of restaurants nearby, and offered a lovely setting for the evenings to kick back and relax. Every stadium we went to was less than 30 minutes from this location and it was absolutely fabulous for our stay.

The condo is beautiful and very comfy and clean. The grounds are impeccably kept and views of the lake amazing. Hosts are always a quick call away and extremely easy to talk to. We were impressed.

Top notch VRBO! Location, amenities, hosts... this place has it all! We enjoyed all the comforts of home with the extras like pool, hot tub, pickle ball, board games and more! Tried our luck at fishing but no luck, it didn't matter though, we enjoyed the time together! Thank you!

December getaway
We had an excellent stay at this vrbo. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like in the pictures. It was super quiet and beds were very comfortable. We loved to relax at the community hot tub after a long days of sight seeing. Our host was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We requested an extra night and a late check out and that was not a problem. We would stay here again should we come to Phoenix again.

Beautiful lake view
We stayed at this property for the month of November. It was very tastefully decorated and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs. It faces the lake which most days we had our morning coffee and breakfast out there. The view of the lakes is stunning. There are plenty of ducks and turtles in the lake. The ducks can be noisy at night but you get used them. We would take a walk around the lake everyday. The lake walk area is only accessible with a key as it is gated. Yes, there are some poor homeless soles you will see on the streets near there but they tend to keep to themselves. We walked down to Barnes and Noble one morning. It is probably a 15 minute walk or so. There is a Starbucks in the store. Fry’s grocery is very close by as well. We found the location excellent for traveling around the city. Our favorite part was the view from the condo and the walks around the lake. Homeowner replied quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. It was very peaceful and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and beautiful. Would stay here again if we ever come back to Phoenix.

Beautiful, well appointed & maintained!
A great location - the lakeside view was fantastic a wonderful host, and the kitchen was superbly equipped, even though we had a brief visit and met family at restaurants for meals. One can’t go wrong with this property! We’d happily stay with this host again when we travel back to Phoenix!

This is the second time we have stayed with Sheri while dropping our daughter off at GCU. The condo is always clean and the complex is quiet with a nice walking trail. Close to campus and other places to stock your college student. Thanks Sheri! We will be back again!

We had a very lovely stay at this property. It was very clean, quiet and spacious enough for myself and my granddaughter. We enjoyed the pool on multiple days as well. It was close to the highway with easy access on/off so made traveling around the city very easy. We give this a 5 star rating. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful stay, just be careful in immediate area outside the property.
Our very first VRBO, and truly I believe we were spoiled for all future VRBOs. Everything we could possibly need was provided maybe except tissues. Everything is as-listed or better. Beautiful place and property. Really the only complaint I had about the property itself was a few of the vertical blinds in the living room kept falling down and the area is just a bit sketchy, which the hosts can do nothing about. Inside the property most everything is locked down, so I felt pretty safe. However, I would strongly recommend NOT to go walking in the surrounding neighborhood despite the close proximity of many stores. You will be accosted by drugged out, homeless people. We know because it happened to us. We had to run into a convenience store to get help from an armed security guard to make them go away, so we could safely make our way back to the condo. And a couple of homeless folks somehow managed to make their way into the gated lake area one morning while we were walking around the lake, but they were harmless compared to the ones we encountered on the walk. If you drive or uber/lift you'll be absolutely fine and again it's a beautiful property.

Beautiful and Serene Condo on the Lake!
We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was thoroughly cleaned and fully stocked with everything you needed (from the kitchen to the bathrooms). The home is beautifully decorated and is quite spacious. We enjoyed our view of the lake and our son loved chatting with the ducks from the patio. The complex was very quiet and we didn’t hear any neighbors during our weekend stay. We definitely had a relaxing time and would stay here again.

Excellent and quiet location
This property was easy to find and very well kept. There were several areas nearby with food and shopping, and the back screened patio was an incredible delight in the evening. My family and I quite enjoyed it. The property owners left us with bottled waters, kitchen cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and other normal daily amenities necessary for a long stay. The location worked perfectly for my trip as it was only between 20-30 minutes to the airport and the event venues. Excellent stay overall!

Lovely place with room for family members!
We visited Arizona frequently while our son was in college and just came for his graduation. This location is a favorite for its closeness to campus and freeway access. The lake environment is so pretty to stay next to and walking around the path to see the ducks and turtles is a highlight! Listening to the breeze blow in the tree leaves is so peaceful. Good restaurants nearby too. These owners are by far the nicest vacation rental owners we have ever rented from and they have decorated and equipped the condo so perfectly! Not too cluttered and overdone but high quality furnishings, but everything you could need and want for your stay. They are so nice and personable and immediately responsive to help us when we had an issue come up. So thankful for a wonderful place for immediate and extended family to stay at to celebrate a life milestone in our son's life!

This is a lovely property, clean and modern. The owners thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. They had laundry products, coffee fixings, spices, games extra blankets and plenty of paper products. Since our flight got in at 11:00 we asked if we could check in early and the owners accommodated our request. The only thing we would have changed was the pool’s warming and filtration system was to working until our last day so we only used the pool once. This was not anything the owner could help so I would give the property 5 star plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay

A Great place for an excellent adventure
Seamless booking, quality furnishings and linens, wonderful location with a multitude of hiking trails and beautiful scenery all within 30 minutes of this property. The condo appears to be newly renovated, grounds are tidy and we enjoyed our walks around the lake even though we had to watch our step. Water fowl droppings, ha!

I want to say that this is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The owners are excellent. They communicate and respond promptly to questions. They made the check in process extremely easy. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is wonderful and well stocked with everything you need to cook with. The pool is wonderful, and they even provide rackets for pickleball. The location is perfect for traveling to either Sedona or Scottsdale. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. We look forward to hopefully staying again in the future.

Wonderful condo!!
We could not have been happier with this condo! It is absolutely beautiful, the furnishings and decor are top notch. It’s very spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. The beds are so comfy. We had a very busy vacation and it was wonderful to fall into those beds at night. Showers were great and water was hot. Loved having the washer and dryer!! But the best part of the condo is the porch. It’s a beautiful view of the lake and it is screened in so would be great to use year round. We will definitely be booking this condo again!!
