"The property was everything we could have asked for. The location was so close to the beach. It was so much nicer then a hotel. Are was quiet at night and a great neighborhood. We will always try and book with the same people every time we come back. Loved it!"

"Kathleen is a wonderful, talented, sharing host. Not only did I enjoy the grounds and lanai area, but we did some unusual things. I had dinner with her and other guests, 2 flower arranging sessions, 2 flower hammering sessions and a trip to the local botanical gardens. (I would love to do the musical swings with her there again, LOL!). Maybe we wouldn't have done this had all of us not been artists already, but we just seemed to 'click' together. The bonus on top of all of this was two bikes that we could ride into town on, less than 2 miles away. Comfortable, clean and quiet what more could you ask for."

"We needed a one night stay in Marco Island during an extremely busy tourist time and this was one of only a few places available on the island at a fair cost. The owner and checkin process were great! The location is not prime but for us it was fine. The unit was clean but parts of the interior are quite worn. It is only steps away from the very popular Snook Inn and it has a nice pool in the complex. Overall if I needed a short stay again, I would recommend it!"

"We stayed for 6 days wanting the beach front experience. It was exactly what we were looking for, clean beach, tons of sea shells to be found on the beach. During our stay there were three mornings where we watched dolphins swimming within 12 feet of the beach. Three different sea turtles made nests on the beach while we were there and we were able to see the tracks from the turtles on the beach. The water was warm and great for swimming. "Bedding fit on the bed the first night that we stayed. We went out for the day and found the bed was made despite that sign that says it will be done on the 3rd day of our stay. When they changed the bedding the sheets did not fit on the beds and the blanket kept sliding on the floor. The sliding doors need to be WD-40’d. They are very difficult to open and the room above our room sounded like they were moving a piano until 2 am. Between the doors and moving the patio furniture we hardly slept....
