"The resort landscaping is beautiful, the pools were amazing, and the staff was all really friendly. The only suggestion I would have is have another option for eating between 4pm-6pm. We arrived for checkin at 2:45 and due to the amount of guests that arrived at the same time we were not done till 4pm and at that point the only options we had were snacks at the buffet, coffee shop, and room service that took and hour to get our food. "The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

"The property is beautiful. It’s very large and spread out. There are 3 large sections. One section accommodates people with children under 18. Another is all casitas, adults only, larger rooms, each section of casitas with its own pool and swim up bar. The other section is adults only but all hotel rooms. A very large pool area is available. Restaurants throughout the properties. Only slight annoyance was maid service. One evening we came back, turn down had occurred, but all towels were taken...
