Pros: Inexpensive & close to all & front staff were nice.
Cons: The facility itself needs a renovation.
Location: Close to other hotels and stores and restaurants.
Plain and simple...I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool area and lobby had a fowl odor and the pool itself was murky. I understand that they have a business to run but I wouldn't spend my time and money there if I can help it.

Rundown facility

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: It was fairly close to Tybee Island
Cons: Almost everything could be improved. Needs major innovations. Obviously poorly maintained facility.
Location: Close to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, but that in no way made up for the nasty accommodations.
This accommodation was pitiful. The pool had been unusable for a while - very smelly. Our room was right by the pool, and the smell was unpleasant. The room had not been cleaned -- there was feces in the toilet when we arrived, which told us the bedding probably had not been changed from the last guests! We complained to the staff and they made no effort to clean the room. We were not given any kind of refund, discount, etc. Overall, a very unsatisfactory facility. Would never return.

Not satisfied at all.

Posted Jun 29, 2015
First, the bed and the furniture smelled strongly of urine. The shower was dirty. Some of the lights didnt work. No light in the refrigerator. The bathroom had no ventilation or air flow, which made it extremely difficult when using the restroom. The shower was right next to the bed which was horrible. The TV was ridiculously small and outdated. The vents for the air conditioning were filthy and disgusting. The pool and hot tub look like somebody had been scrapping the paint and concrete off of everything. The continental breakfast was ridiculous and a joke. Also, the room looked absolutely nothing like the one online

Hotel mistake

Posted Jun 23, 2015
The first room reeked of cigarette smoke so bad that in the five minutes we were in there my clothes smelled like I smoked. They politely changed our room to one that had a bathtub in the mainroom next to the bed! Not in a bathroom! Weird!

GREAT place to stay

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Clean, friendly, comfortable, neat, indoor heated pool & spa.
Clean, VERY comfortable, ROOMY, GREAT service, comfortable beds, including the pull-out sofa. Very friendly for pets (service animals, esp.). Good hot breakfast in AM. Well worth the little (really little) extra. We'll be back!

The pool didn't work until our last night, main reason I booked this hotel was the pool inside with it looking like rain. Needs some updating, things breaking...

Room is need of renovations. Get what you pay for

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Although front counter staff was polite. They screwed up no reservation. I had requested a smoking room but when I got there they had overbooked smoking rooms. They didn't have a snack machine. Had to go to store to grab snack food. The hot tub was nasty dirty water Floor of the bathroom looked like it hadn't been mopped in a month. Drapes were falling down. Pillow cases were dirty. Luckily I take my own pillow with me.
