The staff were all amazing. It’s been a long while since I have come across good customer service and every employee there had it! I hope the management team knows what a great crew they have. 😁 the only things to improve - the pool definitely needed to be cleaned and serviced. The sides were dirty and the water was cloudy. It didn’t stop us from swimming. Also!! Tip for anyone booking through Expedia - get the valet parking for the extra $20 a day. If not, you will spend either spend $45 at the desk or $35 in the public parking outside the building. I wish it was clearer they didn’t have free parking available. (Kind of lame if you ask me).

We should have asked for a room on the back side. Out room was right above the main overhang and tree you see in the image. Beware! Noise here late at night was insane- and you would not know it from the day time. Starting at 10pm there were extremely loud cars and motorcycles reving right in front of the window. Pumping bass. Party buses parked under our window, with college kids twerking to super loud music, it was an outdoor party on the sidewalk. In addition, we realized after the first night that we were put in a handicapped room, which meant no full length, mirror, and no sink outside the bathroom. Also be aware that "valet parking" which you will be pressured to do, is $45 means they are just going to park it on the street next to the hotel- something you can likely do yourself. I did, and the valet staff made comments every time I left the hotel. There is no secure parking, Im not paying $45 plus tip for that. It was a fun trip, but the hotel def left something to be desired.

Staff were great … location sucked, our room faced the public parking lot where kids parked and blared their car stereos thru the early morning hours. The air conditioner did not work properly and sounded awful. The door to the room did not close properly and squeak so bad you can hear it from other end of hall. Curtains would close to blackout the room.

We waited for over 2 and a half hours for our room to be ready with zero explanation as to what was taking so long and why the room wasn’t ready at the 4pm checkin time.
