"This cabin was delightful! Only moments away from Country Tonite ....Hatfield and McCoys...Titanic and more! My Grandson called Turkeys into backyard! Neighbors were friendly but it was thoughtful little things like laundry tabs; dishwasher tabs coffee pods...,..the porch and picnic table and my Grandson loved hot tub! We rode through Smoky Mountain Parkway; and into Maggie's Valley. Must ride Alpine Roller coaster day and night! We will stay again!"

The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious."

"We needed a place to stay for a local volleyball tournament at the Knoxville Convention center, which was 15 minutes away, and an all day event. So essentially we just needed a place to prepare breakfast and in the evening decompress, cook dinner, and relax until again next day of more volleyball. Only issue we faced was the Internet was pretty slow. The amenities list it a 50+ Mbps but being in IT as a profession I rebooted equipment and retested a few times on speediest websites and could not...

"The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!"

"The pictures really don't do this house justice. The master bedroom / bathroom were HUGE! As well as the rest of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved it. The location was quiet and it was refreshing to see the neighborhood kids outside playing and selling lemonade. You are outside town to have the country feel but close enough for quick travel to the stores. We would definitely stay again."

"Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable."
