We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The house looks like the pictures. The pool was great to have. The Sun room is where we spent most of our time and was great to look at the mountains. We stayed here for my daughters wedding which was at Sampsons Hollow! The house has so much space for all of the wedding stuff, and plenty of room for visiting :-) The kitchen was well stocked as well. It was great to have the basement fridge for leftovers! We spent most of our time there. The pool was very nice and made our vacation even better. the only thing that would have helped us would have been 1 more bathroom. All our 14 family members couldn't attend but the 11 that came would have benefit from a 3rd bathroom even if it would have been in the basement. And the views are spectacular! We had plenty of room to spread out, but also had a large gathering area for all to visit, eat and play games together.
