If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). We spent most of our time there. The pool was very nice and made our vacation even better. the only thing that would have helped us would have been 1 more bathroom. Very good location and not far from town. We were in for a race at Maryville and this was a perfect area. Very quiet and the scenery was beautiful. Saw a few bear walking the fence line. Amy is an amazing host. The overall customer service and communication was excellent. We traveled with children ages 6-16, total of 10\. And the views are spectacular! We had plenty of room to spread out, but also had a large gathering area for all to visit, eat and play games together.
