"Everything was good, the only issue is that when booking there is a touchless option available that allows you to pick your room but when i arrived the digital key was not sent to my device resulting in having to go to the front desk for assistance. So much for "skipping the line" as it is stated on the app."

"It's a perfectly fine place. The public areas are mostly clean and updated. However, the fitness center - a main reason I booked - was closed "indefinitely". And the hallway carpets sport some very odd stains. The breakfast was fine - good waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage, bagels, yogurt, etc. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom is just a few too many years past needing a rehab. The bath exhaust fan didn't work, and so the bathroom always seemed a bit steamy/funky, and it...

"MaryAnn, desk clerk was very friendly, informative of accommodations. Breakfast was great to start day, Omelets made fresh. However, the hotel keycard system desperately needs resolving, frustrating. Whenever returning to room the room keycards would not work. Each time had to go back to front desk [which was in different Bldg across courtyard] for new room cards, final day the afternoon clerk came up to room with new keys, and had problem herself. Very inconvenient experience. "

We had to reach host with code for unlocking and locking procedures but other than that this stay was perfect. We had room for every guest. We could have used more towels knowing the property can accommodate a lot of people. Easiest checkout instructions (and I have stayed in several rentals). Strongly recommend for big parties."
