My favorite hotel ever booked on Expedia. When I get into the room, I saw a handwriting letter from manager with my name on it, which make me feel so welcomed and respected!! Also, All snacks and water in the room are complimentary(free) in the room. In addition, because I have gold status on Expedia, so I got $25 credit to use for food or beverage. Guess what? Since the snacks and water are for free in the room and breakfast is free too. I didn’t have a chance to use that $25 credit. I would recommend everyone to live in this hotel when visit Houston! A very welcome and thoughtful arranged hotel!

This is an old established hotel which has a modern feel. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the room was an unexpected but nice surprise aling with the complimentary breakfast. Would highly recommended.

Beautiful and well taken care of property. All staff (for the exception of the breakfast staff) were genuinely friendly and happy to help you. Breakfast was delicious and complimentary. The hours for breakfast were great too—ending at 10:30a! The rooms are quiet and superb. Beds are comfy. I would definitely stay here again. [Retrain your breakfast personnel immediately.]
