Upon arriving on the at the hotel the front desk demanded I pay for my stay which was already paid through Expedia all I had to pay was a incidental fee I showed the front desk attendant my receipts from Expedia and she still insisted I pay for the entire stay before getting my room key so I went ahead and did it after traveling for 17 hours I was very exhausted told her I would take care of it in the morning with the manager got my room key went upstairs to the room upon entering the room was completely filthy soiled carpets stains on the bed dirty bathroom the stench was a stench that you would never be able to forget a very uncleanly stagnated stench went down to the front desk reported the unclean room she offered me another room which I took because after traveling for umpteen hours 3000 miles away from home at 11:00 p.m. at night I took the second room key and attempted to go check into that room the minute I opened the door the same exact thing soiled carpets very filthy stagnated smell bathroom toilet showered filthy stains on the walls blood on the carpets furniture was torn light bulbs not working cobwebs everywhere.
