Everything was perfect but I did not like that they charge me 28 of parking cost and I was never told about that. That should not happen. I am very disappointed of that. I had a budget and went over because of this.

This Embassy Suites is disgusting and short-staffed. First, they didn’t have the room available that we paid for in advance. Then, our room was so hot. We had to call and have them switch wiring from heating to cooling. There was poop on our shower curtain and the hot tub had things floating in it. Not to mention the color was very off and they had holes in the ceiling with sprinklers hanging out of. The breakfast food was covered in gnats and they only had coffee or milk to drink.
