Pros: Free wifi
Cons: Update all room furnishings.
Location: Big bowling alley close by.
Looks like a room from the Bates hotel, everything was a bit dated and cramped.

Not a great area

The room next to us had like 15 people and they were loud. Nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke and the first room we were put in had what looked like bullet holes in the ceiling. The room we were in after we asked to switch was much better, but still not great. Shady people occupying the place. Staff was very helpful and willing to work with us. Breakfast was good too. Okay for just an overnight stay.

Airport shuttle service was good

Nice fresh paint. However, furnishings were very worn and should be replaced. Sheets were worn out TV remote was non functional, missing battery, and cover. No microwave or fridge. Breakfast pastries were stale. Staff did not answer phone at desk, had to walk down to front desk to get another remote battery, and one bedside lamp was unplugged, maint. man was pleasant and helpful in securing another tv remote that worked. tv

Pros: how close it was to raymond james stadium
Cons: overall experience
stayed here for buds game back in december. decent hotel, wifi is shaky, beds were terrible and felt like a motel not a hotel. probably would not return.

The hotel needs updating. Room smells horrible. Bed is hard. Bathroom was disgusting.

Good pool and exercise room

Pros: All in all a pretty good stay
Cons: Working appliances
Location: The location of the hotel was centralized and points of interest easy to get to
The breakfast, pool, and room experience where fair to good. The microwave had a short and kept blowing the fuse strip. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had lots of space and the shower , plenty of hot water.

It is a decent hotel

It is a decent hotel, efficient about sending a van to pick us up and bring us back to the airport. Staff was helpful about suggesting places to eat and drive if needed. The room smelled slightly of smoke though it was a no smoking room. There were no bath towels when we arrived but we received them when we requested them. It was reasonable for the cost and near the airport.

Terrible hotel needs a makeover

The cabinets to put ur clothes in broke . The ac leaked maitenence couldn't fix it. There was no hot water in some of the rooms I wouldn't recommend staying here ever again holiday probably been my best bet.

Staff was excellent and helpful. But front door had a gap under it and place was buggy. Room seemed cln and comf and good bfast. Rate it a low C. We stayed at courtyard dwn the block earlier for less and rate that an A.
