I spent my birthday here with my girlfriends and I must say the management and staff at this location are really something you don't come by too often. Super nice, accommodating and helpful! Like everyone! From the valet to the bar tender it was a super great experience! We had a minor issue when we arrived with our room but the manager was quick and efficient with a resolution. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning!

Overall the experience was decent, customer service was very good and efficient. Our biggest concern was our room, it had a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell and not everything was cleaned decently. There were some stains here and there in the vanity area, and the coffee maker itself had a used coffee pod/bag from the last residents I would presume. Also there is no self-parking options, the only parking available being valet which charged $40 tax a night, but then again it being in the middle of downtown it's somewhat understandable. I had only wished the room was a tad bit more cleaner.

This hotel was really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It didn’t fit my personal standards, but a really nice hotel, it’s not far from a lot of attractions and dinning options!

The valet was easy to navigate through. Little high on price $40 for one night even though it was only a couple hours. Disappointed that there were some kind of stains on the bedding. The towels could definitely use an upgrade. Very rough. Location was convenient to where I needed to go.
