Been to this hotel many times and have never seen rooms so bad as this time. Room 1136 a/c didn't work. Got moved to 419 which was falling apart. Carpet ripped out. Bath door all broken in the bottom. Need some attention. I love the hotel.

Nice hotel! Clean! It is shared with an office building, so if get an inner room, you can not leave your curtains open because the offices can see into your room. Pool was very nice and parking was good. We rented an electric car, the hotel charging stations were both out of order.

The hotel was located in walking distance to everything you need. It’s not child friendly. The pool is small however, the hotel is so clean!! the service was excellent! We always have our special celebrations with this hotel. The food was excellent.

Convenient to local restaurants and shopping and very friendly front desk, valet and bellhops. Room was nice. Shower was hard to work and ac was quiet and only cooled half the room. Beds were comfortable!

The initial arrival experience was wonderful and welcoming. Katrina was at the front desk upon me checking in; she had the biggest smile and welcoming spirit! I looked forward to seeing her each evening as we departed and returned to the premises.each day/night.
