I love how close it was to our cruise terminal. We had been driving for over ten hours. This place was perfect. The staff were amazingly friendly, and the valet guys were awesome. The only thing that took me aback was the prices for the breakfast. We aren’t used to that, but the service was friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was always smiling and willing to help at any time. They also gave great recommendations for activities, restaurants, and shopping. It was easy to walk around without driving or getting other types of transportation.

Fridge was not working in our room. We didn't notice until my cheese melting and my food to go bad because of that. Wasted money trying to save by not dining out BUT HAD TO spend more money after that! Eventually we got a fridge, but no compensation for my money bought food that went bad in broken fridge

All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in was easy and quick. I loved that the hotel was convenient to where I was going for the evening and I appreciated that my stay came with a complimentary drink. I will stay here again when I'm in Tampa for a concert.

This is not your typical Westin. It’s actually a holiday inn express in disguise. The lobby is nice. The rooms on the other hand are giving beach motel. Vents covered with blue painters tape in the room and in all the hallways. The fixtures were rusty. And even though I booked the room for two people they said we would only get one breakfast voucher. Um does that make sense to anyone? Parking is valet only for $45 a day. It’s a $25/person destination fee. This is not a destination it’s a scam. But the desk employees were nice and understanding when my flight was delayed. I understand that they don’t make the rule but literally crazy.
