They were wonderful in helping my husband the day we left. He had forgotten his airpods in our room. We had an early flight. He called them they found them in the room and then had the bus shuttle them over to us at the airport just in enough time for us to still make our flight. We are very pleased with their ability to help us so quickly. Thank You.

The staff was great! But the facility needs some major updating. The AC units are old and noisy and don’t work as well, the bathroom needs a vent fan. The only way up is using elevators and it’s time consuming when you are just going to the second or even the third floor.

Room smelled moldy. Maybe like a smoking room. Not great lighting in the rooms. All sterile blue/white light and not much of it. Bathroom was tiny. The hotel lobby was really nice. The kids enjoyed the landscape and waterfalls in the lobby. I liked have a suite so that it feels bigger for a family. Staff was nice enough. Not over accommodating but not rude. Parking was limited. Area around is business/commercial but within 5 minutes drive there are many restrictions, stores, mall, stadium etc.
