The parking at the hotel was absolutely abysmmal. With 5 valets, it took over 25 minutes to get parked. The following morning - the car took 17 minutes, the brought it to the other side of the hotel (without telling anyone) and no one greeted me. They also gave me two sets of keys and walked back inside. My room was dirty - long black hairs on the bathroom counter and work area had not been wiped down. The carpet threads were coming loose and the hotel in general looked like it had not been updated in the last 20 years. The food in TASTE was excellent as was the service!

The valet tried to open my car door before I even spoke to him. He had no name tag on and did not introduce himself. In the world we live in women have to protect themselves. I did not appreciate this experience. The check in desk agent was friendly and welcoming. The agent at check out was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the convenient location but unsure if I will stay again due to the requirement of valet parking.
