"Cons: Not motorcycle friendly. I would be very cautious with a normal sized car also as the gravel road leading to the property was long and uneven. Torn up livingroom chair on the back porch was odd. Livingroom furniture looked like old second hand furniture. Seemed like they bought one of the cheapest models of hot tub. It did the job though.
