"We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size."

"Great, modern and clean Condo apt. Ernest was very friendly and easy to reach. His apt. was perfect for myself, my husband and our 22 year old daughter. Great area in the channel district that was close to all things we wanted to do."

"Location was excellent. We came to Tampa for a concert at Raymond James. Dave was the perfect host, communication up front and regularly including videos for check-in. Condo was like new. Plenty of room for the two couples we had. Luxury. Easy walk or Uber to venue. 5 Stars all the way. If we head back to Tampa this will be our first consideration for place to stay!"

"This condo is located in the beautiful "Little Harbor" of Ruskin Florida. The entire complex is very well taken care of. Lovely views all around. It is a 2nd floor unit without elevator. Air conditioning works well & is quiet. Pleasant smelling unit. Large wall mount TV with great picture. Wi-Fi great reception. Plenty of outlets to plug your laptop and phones in. Very bright light coming in the wall of windows at night, there are blinds, but they don't fit edge to edge. Bathtub stopper...
