"Disappointed that the outside pool was closed due to renovations and also the indoor pool was closed. Absolutely no extras, we stayed 2 nights, coffee for only 1 pot was provided. No dish washing detergent ( it did provide dishwasher tabs). No napkins, no extra paper towels or trash bags, no wraps or baggies, etc. No cushions for chairs on porch."

"Wife and I had a weekend stay at one of the suites with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, and the amenities were good, though there were some minor signs of wear and tear like failing tile grout. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer and better experience the area."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "

"Really nice, new, modern hotel right at the foot of Mt Cranmore. Easy to get to from downtown North Conway train station area. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms - we had a King Suite. Modern bathroom and shower. Very friendly hotel staff, from maint main to bar tender! Very nice buffet breakfast on Sunday morning which was free! Bartender really new how to make drinks. Just a great stay. Highly recommend."
