"I'm going to start off with some highlights. I really liked the location. You couldn't walk two blocks without finding a cute shop or some great food. The neighborhood felt very friendly. The unit was pretty small but used the space very well. Now for a couple negative details. The unit is within 20' of the train so there are trains passing every few minutes. They are pretty loud but i personally didn't mind it much. The main frustration was the radiator in the living space. It made a sound like...

"We loved staying in this apartment. Y family enjoyed the great view of the Navy Pier! It is located right in the city. Most places are at walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean to use! The host was very nice and explained the details of the apartment very well."

"Highly recommended. The property was tastefully decorated, clean, supplied and comfortable. We found it as it was described, the stairs to the upper apartment, indeed would not accommodate anyone with a handicap or very elderly. We enjoyed our stay visiting family and seeing sights in Chicago. Parking is a little tricky but our host was kind and a good communicator. We would definitely stay there again."

"WOW! That's what we say about this place. My family and I loved it! The location and the views-WOW! It is floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the bedrooms. Absolutely so cool. We were met when we arrived, shown the parking space for our car-a great space and totally worth having one. Then taken up to our floor-the elevators are quick and smooth. It was easy to get in and out--we used uber and it was super easy for them-close to everything, a fantastic location. The A/C worked well...

"The apartment is clean and large, stocked with everything you need. The owner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We took advantage of the large kitchen and dining room or walked to loads of breakfast cafes and restaurants. Stan’s Donuts, Wilde, Fancy Plants, the Chicago Diner, Uncommon Grounds, and many others. Another plus is how close it is to the lakefront. (2blocks) Daily walks/runs along the trails made for a perfect start to the day. Thanks Will!"

"A very comfortable two bedroom first floor house with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen had everything you would want and we made use of making breakfast and lunches there while my daughters were at a music festival at SeekGeat stadium. It is very close to public transportation - about a block walk to the 307 bus line. The JewelOsco is right across the street which made for easy shopping. Just a short walk to Starbucks, Dunkin’ and restaurants made for a nice walk and beautiful...

"The three bedrooms have plenty of space and all of the bathrooms work well. I stay there with some coworkers while on business, so we don't really use the kitchen but it looks like there is plenty of cookware and utensils. It is a great location because it is away from the most noisy areas, but within a fifteen minute walk to museums and tourist spots. The beach is only a ten minute walk, if you're slow. And it's a third of the cost of a hotel, on a per room basis."

"I could not access the unit I paid for. I tried to use the keys supplied for an hour. The door handle was broken. No on-site engineer is available. No travelling engineer is available. No phone assistance from the property management company is available, only text. The door handle attached to the door moved an inch the first time I put the key in the door. "Property was beautiful and well kept. Room was comfortable and felt like home. The pool was disappointing and much smaller than it appears. Communication during check in and valets could be better. "

"It was perfect for my needs for the week! Great area, right across the street from a park! Within walking distance/delivery distance to several dining options! Walking distance to Rush (about 20 minutes) & had 2 bike stations within a 10 minute walk in 2 different directions! Downside was it was near a train station so it was loud when you were outside but I could barely hear it when in the apartment. Plus there was construction going on so that added to the noise.
