Nice and conveniently located.

Room 329 - the heater/a-c vent was OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD!! It needs to be fixed. Good thing I brought earplugs and that helped make it tolerable. Otherwise my comfort mark would be higher.

3 night stay at Christmas

Posted Dec 27, 2014
Pros: The younger blond guy was very friendly and offered to turn on the waffle maker for me after the end of breakfast at 10am.
Cons: Get vacuums that actually work and clean the hallway. Get room keys that actually work the first time. Fix the wall in your rooms so it doesn't leak.
Location: Across the street from the mall. Pub 99, Taco Bell/KFC, McDonald's within 1 mile. There's an Outback and Starbucks on either side of hotel.
Problems: Was given a room on the second floor. First room was dirty, and heater didn't work (it was on when we walked in, and it was blowing cold air.) Second room was much cleaner. Was woken up at 2:30am by a text message sound from a neighboring room every 5 minutes or so. Also, could hear a neighbor coughing very clearly. The walls are very thin. The hallway is dirty, they do vacuum it but their vacuums don't work, there was visible dirt on the carpets in the hallways. The wall leaked around the heater (it was raining out) and soaked a sweater that was on top of my suitcase. Luckily the sweater was there and the suitcase did not get very wet. Our room keys worked very intermittently until the blond guy replaced them the second day. Bed was very soft, definitely below average comfort. The coffee in the lobby is Nescafe instant coffee (out of a machine). Gross, and they don't have any other coffee. Good things: Parking is quite ample, close to the door, and free. Waffles were good. Ice machine worked.

All about accomidations

Posted Dec 12, 2014
Pros: Every one and everything. especially Elaine
Cons: None keep the same
Location: Hotel is near by restuarants and shopping mall, convience and open.
Great hotel, night supervisor Elaine was the extremly excellent in providing all accomidations to me, she is the example on why hotels are know to accomidate their guest in every way. She deserves to be placed in a evaluation session to pass her customer relations skills to newcomers in the Industry.

Just OK

Posted Nov 20, 2014
Pros: Close to I-90
Cons: the hotel maintenance should be improved
Clean, but no extra blankets in the room, LOUD heating system, leaking restrooms... I think it should be cheaper.

Cons: Add some non smoking rooms. My room stank.
Room smelled from smoke. When asked for a new room we were told all rooms are the same.
