This property is in a great area, a 15 minute walk to the heart of town. The room had clearly been recently renovated, so although it was far from fancy, we enjoyed it. The bathroom was especially great. The breakfast is rough (some people we met opened a breakfast sandwich and it was moldy) and don’t expect a nice lobby or bar, or an actual bartender for that matter—but for the price, we’re happy with the choice.

This place was an OK place to stay. The staff was friendly, but I had to ask them every day for additional towels (there were 3 of us & we only got 2 bath towels each day) and I had to ask them to fill the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion *containers* in the bathroom. The place is overall a little run down - but the bathroom / shower in the room is updated and the water pressure is great. The hotel breakfast is instant oatmeal and the coffee was terrible, just luke warm brown water. They had a Keurig and offered to make me coffee w that - which they did - but why not just have the Keurig out where guests can use it? The plus is that it's on Commercial St. & it's a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of PTown. It's an affordable and the staff were friendly.

The location of the property is excellent. We watched the fireworks in the comfort of the hotel balcony overlooking the beach. It was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms and facility is just ok not as nice on a regular hotel. What you really pay is the beachfront view and accessibility. Everything is walking distance. Really loved that they accommodated us for early check in since I pre checked in advance. We will surely be back.

The best thing about this place is the location. Walking distance to lots of dining and entertainment. We travel extensively, usually booking upper mid range hotels. This was more expensive than most we book but it was run down. We were on third floor walk up with very worn down stairs. The lamp shades in the room were really dirty as was the curtain blowing over the air conditioner (which was not that cool on max) The pool needed to be vacuumed. Overall the place needs a big makeover. The place was very "tired" looking especially for the price.
