"This hotel is an experience. It's an isolated location on a mountain side, but the hotel decor is almost a museum and worthy of being a destination in itself. The tempura was old and had been cooked 2 or 3 days ago. Each dish was pretty vile. Also there was a family in the room above ours with extremely noisy children and we could hear everything. "Booked a 3night stay and each day just wow us more. The ryokan was having some renovations during our stay and there wasn't any lake view. However, the roof top view of mount Fuji made up for it. Every meal is different and the presentation is very pretty. There is always a welcome snack whenever we came back to the ryokan. "5 minutes walk from Souzan station, place was quiet with 2 onsens. Onsen are rotated every 12 hours. Kaiseki styled Dinner and breakfast were provided as there is very limited food option in Hakone area and most public transport end at 5pm"

Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming.
