This is my favorite ryokan so far in Hakone. The room set up is very nice , with private onsen over looking the mountain. The dining hall is cute and set up Japanese style. They give you a lot of food for dinner meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back here.

Hakone airu is by far the most luxurious onsen hotel we have stayed in. Its beautiful, food are extremely well presented and thoughtful. The staff are beyond the best we could ask for! Polite, helpful and warm. Will come back for sure ❤️
