"This property has been given a makeover, so it is bright, fresh and clean. The location is perfect. This is a first floor condo, gulf-facing. The owner was awesome to work with on the few questions I had during our stay. Kayaks were great. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"This unit in particular has great views because it’s a corner which allows nice sunny view views of the water where you can see dolphins playing. The company has done a good job renovating after the horrible hurricane sometime ago and you will feel comfortable and happy with this pretty condo!! Location is great being not too close from the road and yet close enough for a quick walk over to have some great meals I definitely recommend this location and Pelican Realty!"

Good instructions to access; might want to also add instructions to lock up. Easy come & go with the assigned parking spot. Walk-in shower was great option for my disabled husband."

"Enjoy being out on the covered deck during rainstorms. The property landscaping gave privacy and allowed our group to relax alone or with others as desired. No need to turn on the television as just looking out the windows or sitting on the decks provided live entertainment with the wildlife all around.
