Gorgeous tile floors throughout make no worries of any extra sand on your feet. Fully furnished kitchen with quartz countertops and storage galore make longer stays easy! Shaded windows and ceilings fans in both bedrooms will ensure a good night's rest. Every amenity has been planned for your best stay.
If you're staying in for the night, a big screen TV is the perfect place to watch a movie. Master bedroom has a TV for maximum entertainment for everyone.
The highlight of these units is the nature out your back door! Bird watcher's take note: this is one of the finest places to view roseate spoonbills roosting in the mangroves! Osprey, eagles, skimmers and more abound. Water views beyond are ever changing with the day and the weather. Heated pool (seasonally) and hot tub for soaking those aching muscles after a long day on the water. During summer months, the pool is a great spot to entertain the kids and cool off. Nothing says vacation like a cold drink and a dip in the pool! Community golf cart charging station to recharge from gallivanting around town—it's one of the best ways to see the island! Other friends had recommended Cedar Key and we were curious. The location is special! A lovely, quiet place with lots of charm. Took a boat tour to the preserve area, fished for speckled trout, golf carted around, visited both history museums, and enjoyed good food and drink.

Peaceful and walking distance to everything
My husband and teen daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this location. check-in process was very simple, the home was clean and smelled nice and had all amenities. The location was walking distance to the fishing pier and local restaurants and a short drive or long walk from a sunset facing beach and small market. Would recommend if you're staying in Cedar Key.

Such a wonderful treat
The property was impressive, well maintained, comfortable, enjoyable. We certainly didn’t need two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but the extra space was nice. The kitchen was well equipped, except I would have liked a cover for a couple of frying pans. Also, we had no iron. I called and one was delivered. A brand new one. I really enjoyed the quiet on the balcony. It even had a rocking chair and another in the living area.

It was a great place to stay. Clean and had everything we needed. The only problem we had was no key to get into the pool area. I contacted manager and they offered to bring a key over. We were leaving so I told them to just leave the key on the bar. We didn't get the key but we kept busy enough that wasn't a huge problem.

Loved this condo! When you view it online you don’t get the full picture of just how spacious the place is! With plenty of room it was easy to travel here with my little one! The kitchen was clean and the large fridge was a huge added bonus. The pool at the property is great and the beach and park being less than a 5 minute walk was a huge added bonus with a little one in tow! The docks rarely have parking but that’s no big deal when you stay here because the walk is so pleasant! Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Relaxing in a quaint setting.
It surpassed my expectations. The "first-floor" is elevated to the second level so the view was better than I anticipated. Cozy, well stocked (read your info packet) and within walking distance to the beach and main shopping/dining road. Other parts of the island are spread out and the golf cart rental for two-days was good to see several of other areas of interest. Want custom wood furniture... stop in and visit with H. Wells. His wood shop is the old church where he grew up and his dad was the preacher (its living history). This was our first visit and we plan to return. I got to sneak in some fishing also. df from Jacksonville FL ps. there is an ice-cream shop on a corner somewhere and you need to try the frozen chocolate-covered key-lime pie on a stick.
