"The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. "We stayed for one night. We were 5 and we fit perfectly for one night. The place has a nice outdoor seating area and we enjoyed it. We were 10 minutes or 15 minutes away from Portsmouth , so it was a perfect spot to stay , on the beach and close to a main city. Safe parking spot and easy walk to the beach."

"The carriage house was comfortable, cozy and in a nice location with a spectacular view. The house is as described online. I would suggest taking your own toiletries and your own bed linens if you have an allergy to scented laundry products. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the owners were accommodating.
