Our home is a well equipped 1 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and large windows that provide for a bright and refreshing feel. The space includes a private loft for 2 extra guests and 2 full bathrooms.

Our three favorite aspects of the home are the private deck with amazing views, window view from the loft and the gas fireplace in the master bedroom.

We are extremely close to the local beautiful beaches and parks and our home provides easy access to the entire Maine/New Hampshire Seacoast which makes this spot perfect for small groups, families and couples.

Our entire condo is available for you and you will not be sharing the space with anyone else.

Our home is in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, near market square. City noise from the street and nightlife should be expected especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

In the Heart of Everything!

My cousin and I enjoyed a girls' weekend in Portsmouth. The property was within a mile of all the spots we wanted to check out, and the condo was appointed with nice furniture and art, upscale appliances, and some extra treats! The owner was friendly, helpful, and communicative, and he went out of his way to offer tips and suggestions for our stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Portsmouth! The property was very close to everything and easily walkable. We will definitely stay at Darryl’s home again the next time we head to Portsmouth NH.

Excellent spot in downtown Portsmouth..

Had a great time in Portsmouth lovely apartment for four of us …location perfect to visit places nearby and lots of bars and restaurants nearby..Spanish meal in Cava was best..can be a bit noisy from the press room but didn’t really bother us to much..

Lovely Stay

Our stay in the Downtown Escape was perfect! After a 7-hour drive, we were delighted to see how clean, cozy, and well equipped our accommodations were. The location was perfect, upstairs from a fantastic coffee shop and within walking distance of all the sights and sounds Downtown Portsmouth has to offer. I am so glad we chose to stay here.

Great apartment and location

Our family stayed here for a couple nights and loved it. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and shops and a short drive from other attractions. Highly recommend.

The perfect spot in Portsmouth!

Hi. My wife and I and our adult son stayed here for a few days of exploring the Portsmouth area. What a perfect spot! The unit was exactly as advertised and in an excellent location downtown. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. We had one minor issue with one of the toilets and the host response was quick and the matter resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Good condo and a good location

Nice condo in a good location. Very much central walking distance to all shops and restaurants in downtown Portsmouth. Lots of stairs, so it could be a little tricky with luggage and also the spiral staircase going up to the bedroom on the second floor. There is a bar down below that plays live music and it can get pretty lively until kind of late but other than that it is a great place to stay

Perfect Stay!

I enjoyed a weekend away here with a few girlfriends and we were beyond impressed with this property! We immediately noticed how clean it was upon check-in. It looks even better than the pictures and the location is walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. An added bonus was enjoying coffee at the cafe that was right below us. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend here and I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place

This is a beautiful property, very clean, and central to the action. It can get loud at night, but my 23 year old daughter thought that was perfect. Everything was quiet by the time we went to bed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Girls' Weekend in the Heart of Portsmouth

Stayed with some friends to enjoy the local shops and restaurants. This place was perfect for the four of us, convenient walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
