"This hotel and its staff were exceptional. The breakfast was so delicious. The turn down service was so pleasant. We even received complimentary pajamas. Olivia and Hanah were amazing. The service is very personalized and the establishment is impeccable. The only issue is that we received the Zahara room and it is just too small. My husband and I just did not fit in this room. I would definitely return but would ensure to ask for biggest room and not the Zahara room. The ceiling in the soon was...

"Patio door in the room could mot close due to broken handle. Patio was dirty, ready for the guest ( no cushions on the chairs and sun beds). Buffet breakfasts was excellent as well as dinner. Friendly stuff. "

"Beautiful grounds & reception areas. The bedrooms are very small however. We had to change room as our neighbours were making noise at 3 o’clock in the morning. After that inconvenience all, we asked for was a late check out but refused & all they could give us was till 1pm. So no favours there. Nevertheless, the staff in general are very nice. "
