"Amazing hotel! Loved every minute. Only gripe was they sold us an upgraded at arrival for a bigger room. It was definitely bigger but a really odd shape with wasted space. We needed binoculars to see the TV LOL"

"I think the carpet needs to be washed. The room restroom needs to be more clean I found a bunch of heir under the sink and a dead bug. The smell of cigarette is very strong in the casino. "

"Early checkin costs $50. Late checkout costs $60. Clean and spacious room. We booked the Mountain Tower but due to early check in which you do as a kiosk, we got the Valley Tower room instead. We were tired from our trip so didn’t bother asking for a change but you may wanna keep this in mind. The view wasn’t great in the Valley Tower room we got. "

"Property was very nice, pool staff could be a little bit more friendlier and knowledgeable. When asked about the cabanas, took several minutes to find one who knew somewhat they were talking about. Staff could be a little more friendly than what they were, one was ready a book and act bothered when asked a simple question."

"I like that it have multiple options for dining or drinking. So even though it wasn't close to the board walk you still have a body of water to view. It has everything you need inside so there really no need to venture out."

"I enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo. Slept well and it was easy check in and check out. The pool area was fantastic. I didn't like how a few things wasn't clean in our room. And we were only given one towel for a 2 queen bedroom. Other than that it was good. "

"It was a great hotel to stay at. At the moment, the options are somewhat lacking around the area of the hotel (needs a tram connected to the West Gate tram so it can be interconnected to the main part of the strip). After that, i dont have any other issues with the property. "

"I took service dogs. The dog area was just dirt. Extremely noisy for dogs. Plus it’s mixed with a cigarette smoking area. Too many cigarettes on the floor near the benches. There’s was a guy that clean it the last day I was there at least. They should put artificial turf on there."

"Staff and all departments that I came in contact were very sociable very informative and very helpful. The hotel is very well. Kept a lot of people working to keep it nice and clean security was around where you were able to see him. The bell desk was awesome In every way that they helped me I appreciate it thank you"
