Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
MGM is an enormous hotel. Some parts more outdated than others. During our stay they had a flood and shut off water supply to multiple floors. Unfortunately I was left with soap and conditioner on me during the entire ordeal. They reduced the one day resort fee but it left a very bad impression. They also do not allow personal items in their room refrigerator which was also a problem bc of medical reasons.

Resort fees are out of control like most of Vegas. Staff was super friendly. Room was great, like the art vibe. Fridge, coffee and a microwave would be nice. Pool hours are lame, especially the Lazy River, which they closed early because of a poop incident but they waited a good 45 minutes before making it official. And not all the pools were open, during Summer? Super crowded, walk to the room was so far but nowhere close to the worst and only 1 ice machine on each floor.

Having a room fridge is vital when travelling with kids. I Usually stay in hotels in Canada, and there’s usually room fridge available. Shower in our room leaked water. With the high heat, I would have liked our rooms A/C to be more cooling, it was adequate. Biggest irritation, the hours of the pool and lazy river. Why do they close so early? Also, if no one has rented the private pools, open them up to all guess. This hotel holds thousands of people, every pool should be available. Overall, we had a great time and will come back to Vegas, not likely MGM, but Vegas for sure.

Well it was cool that we could check in online. However our room was dirty with a glogged bath tub and broken glass on the floor that wasntt fully cleaned up and my husband stabbed his toe. :( they did upgrade us to a nicer room right away which was nice :) but hotel definitely needs a tune up.

This was a very good casino hotel the pool was clean. Some things needed attention in the bathrooms like new caulking. But overall great place. Kinda sucks there isn't a fridge for free especially the price of the hotel and resort fees.

July 24th, The hotel staff yelled at me, asking why I was still in the room even though I had checked out, and telling me to get out quickly. I double checked my reservation and found that check out was on the 25th, a fact the hotel got wrong. The children were very scared, thinking that burglars had broken in.
