"Convenient location for us in uptown section of Dallas. Just as it appeared online. Appreciated the coffee provided the first morning! No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby."

"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

The owner didn’t tell how to enter the property and the cleaning lady said to make sure doors were locked at night due to safety! Once entering building it had a weird odor and was no clean. Bedding was nasty, broken fan and light in one room (fan was hanging half way off the ceiling) house was extremely hot and couldn’t turn air on, shower was dirty, food left in the fridge, tv didn’t work, and we found roaches. There is a grocery across the street and it is also in walking distance of a restaurant and cafe. The host was quick to respond to my questions.
