"No windows open. Remember that if you love fresh air.The ac is not a quiet "split" type. The ac works fine, but the new ac types are much less noisy. This place is VERY close to the Zócalo, Alameda Park and the Palacio de Bellas Artes. PuntoMX gets good grades but there's no view and it can feel stuffy"

"Everything was ok, small boutique hotel, clean and good location. I cant give 5 stars because the AC in my room didn't work. They put a really noisy fan instead, that it was so loud I couldn't sleep well. My windowless room was really warm and I couldn't open the door for safety reasons. I had to drink quite a lot of overpriced water from the minibar and they still charged me."
