"Convenient location for us in uptown section of Dallas. Just as it appeared online. Appreciated the coffee provided the first morning! No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby."

"My teen daughters and I stayed here for spring break. The place is very cute and extremely clean - which is one of my main priorities. It’s in a gated property of condos and felt very safe and was nice & quiet. The property owner was very responsive and had her (young adult) daughter come over and change a battery in our smoke alarm. She was both friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place for a small group."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The check in was easy. The only issue we had was finding the correct building we were supposed to be in. But once we figured that out, everything was great. We also didn’t find any bedding for the couch but other than that, our stay was perfect. The property is great and in a convenient location."

"Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!"

"The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. "The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."
