"It was an oasis in all the fun, busy streets of Charleston. Walkable to King Street, many great dining options, the City Market. The wine and cheese reception is a great launch to dining (Henry’s is just across the street). Breakfasts on the terrace are a great start to the day! We will be back!"
"Choice a more personal hotel with amenities for vacation instead of a chain, luxury or not.
The valet was excellent and my husband is now hocked in this service."
"Wonderful boutique 5 star hotel, the staff is amazing, food is good and rooms are great!
If you want to experience 5 star service at a perfect location, you need to stay here!"
"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus.
Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained.
The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed.
My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"Clean, nice property. Staff friendly. Rooms had Dove products in bathroom which I use so that was a win. Hot tub was down. Food places are not convenient. Lots of variety on their free breakfast. "
