This was a great property. Clean, nice and well appointed rooms. An excellent location to everything in the historic district, French Quarter and waterfront. The staff were amazing, especially the young man who checked us in. He had great knowledge of the area, places to eat amd sights to see. I will definitely stay at this property again.

The space was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was old (to be fair, buildings down there are old) but it is in need of a renovation. The cleaning supplies they use in the hallway/main areas gave me headaches.

Maybe I didn't read the amenities like I should have, but I was not aware that our room would not be serviced until after the third day. Also it was a two level room with the living area on first level and bedroom on second level with a dozen steps at least. We made it slowly but was a bit difficult with luggage. Just be mindful if you have any mobility issues. The location of Church Street Inn is the bet feature with it being directly across the street from the Historic Market and numerous tours of the city.
