"This is the third time staying in this condo, and it is safe to say that my mom and I love it. The owners are easy to work with, and they are great with communication. "Great location with ocean views, across the street from San Juan hotel (where we stayed for work trip), walking distance to grocery stores, beach access, restaurants and airport. Great pool area, coin laundry with many machines. Condo is dated, so don’t expect it to match pics, as I think we’re taken many years ago. Owner should consider updating living room couch, but bed was comfortable and he had great beach stuff to use. Thank you!"

"My husband and I stayed for a 4-night trip to celebrate his birthday. Our host, Leo was the best VRBO host we have ever had! He communicated with us a few days prior to confirm our travel plans. He picked us up from the airport, then gave us a tour of the condo complex and our apartment. He gifted us Puerto Rican coffee and cookie treats! He provided us with excellent recommendations for authentic cuisine, posh bar with cocktails, and fun casual hangouts all within walking distance of our stay....

"We had a amazing stay at this hotel. We were allowed for an early check in as our flight came in early . The property is well maintained and its right on the beach where you can even rent jet ski.
