"My boyfriend and I were in OCMD for Oceans Calling music festival and wanted to stay somewhere quieter. This cottage was perfect! It was exactly as pictured and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking was a breeze. Our hosts were communicative and so nice. We would definitely stay again!"

"We are locals but were curious about these new cottages, so we booked a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We loved the individual parking spots, patio, screened porch, and the design of the cottage. We did not love being the first one along the road, but the noise wasn't bad enough to hinder us from sleeping well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We look forward to recommending the cottages in the future! There were some minor issues with cleanliness and something was wrong...

When putting in the address, our gps took us down some random road which was only down the street from the actual property. Also, when showering, (the shower was very modern and beautiful) the shower door would slide open and not stay shut for multiple guests that took showers. It also would have been nice to know exactly how to...

"It was do easy to find a perfect fit for our vacation. They even allowed us to bring our German ShepTucker. He loved sprawling on the king size bed for his naps!! Check in was so easy and fast. Definitely better than advertised. Have recommended to family and friends."

"Was a great place for our family vacation. Even though it was right off of Coastal Highway the noise from the road was not too bad especially with the AC units running. Very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog. The cottage is bigger inside than it looks. Didn't particularly care for the shared laundry but, we made it work - only had to do one load anyway. Looking for some privacy away from condo life, we recommend this little cottage."

"the blind in the living room area was missing , leaving us feel exposed at night . i made two calls and left a message , no reply . the numbers on the cabins did not match up with the listing . we were supposed to be in cottage 3 the email gave us a different number , a little confusing ."

"This Stay was very disappointing. From the check-in process, where the property management company made you come in person to get a blank envelope since the door had a keycode, to the ants throughout the kitchen and bathroom there were some minor annoyances but there were also some major issues. 1) in unit B one of the bedrooms did not have heat. If it was summer this may not be an issue but when it is getting down into the 30s at night that means its not a usable room. 2) The bunk beds...

"I don't even know where to begin... for having to pay X amount for a cleaning fee; the house was disgusting, the WiFi didn't work so the Roku TV didn't work as well. There was crusted over food on the baking sheets, grease on the pans and cups, dried food on the plates, wet food in the dishwasher, and the stove was covered in grease. There was a half smoked cigarette in the pantry, light bulbs were missing from some of the fixtures, only one TV actually turned on. I spoke with the customer...

"I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything."
