There isn't 24/7 on site employee due to shortage of hospitality staff - but always contactable by phone. While located in the historic district you are not in center thus avoiding some of the late-night live entertainment that could interfere with your sleep. "Beautiful B&B on the Matanzas River just south of the historic district of St Augustine. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and historic sites. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. In the afternoon there was a nice happy hour. We sat on the porch overlooking the water with our wine and delicious appetizers. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended."
