"Amazing spot. Super secluded. Great House. Had a problem getting the hot tub to heat. Sent the property manager a message and never got a response. So we never got the hot tub to heat properly. Other than that we would gladly stay here again. We really loved it."

"For the second time, our work team and spouses spent a few days together at this wonderful property for our annual team retreat. We’ve stayed at a few other places, but this one seems to be our favorite! The ease of working with the owners, the quiet location, the stunning views, and the wonderful home are the perfect combination! We can’t say enough great things about this place! I’m certain we will return."

" First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use. My husband and I both had trouble...
