"Cooks and cleaning staff were not consistent in wearing mask. Electricity went away off and on during the stay (sometimes during the night and the air conditioning would stop working... making it hard to sleep). Can’t tip with credit card. Charge you for early check in even though room was available. Pools had crabs in them (dead and alive). Other than that, it was good."

"Mucho muy caro para lo que es, la habitacion tenía olor a humedad al día siguiente salió de la coladera aguas negras, nos cambiaron a una habitación mucho mejor pero no contaba con una ventana en el baño por qué lo que entraban moscos, las habitaciones están pegadas a un bar así que no es muy tranquilo que digamos, al final no me respetaron el precio de Expedia :/"
