"My family and I stayed the weekend as this was much closer to my sisters home. We enjoyed our stay. We arrived to a clean and spacious room. I had trouble with the window shade, so I called front desk and she was willing to call maintenance to come back since they were gone for the day but in the midst of speaking with her, the window shade started to come down. I simply just needed to be patient. The daily breakfast buffet was great. We had a variety of options to choose from and left us full...

"When this place was built it must have been amazing! It is showing its years, but the view was amazing and the staff was great. The A/C worked all night but it was warmer when we got up than when we went to bed. And the outlets were not consistent - when I plugged in my phone charger it showed charging, but when we got up in the morning it had not charged at all. Had to search for an outlet that would run our coffeemaker. Overall, I would highly recommend the experience."

"I enjoyed every bit if this hotel, from the beautiful decor to dining options like the Kassi which transported me to Tulum. The sandy beach pool was amazing and the fact that it was all thought though with outdoor games under a covered and shaded area! Such a tastful, chic and hip hotel! "
